Swiss Life secures €650m at close of Foncière Vesta JV

Ampere Gestion and Swiss Life Asset Managers Real Estate France have raised €650m (£578.7m) for the closing of its Foncière Vesta joint venture.

Foncière Vesta currently contains a portfolio of 4,000 housing units across 128 buildings, and is a specialist housing fund that gives priority to employees of the French railway service SNCF.
