Taylor Wimpey reveals two board departures

Angela Knight and Gwyn Burr are set to retire from the board of Taylor Wimpey due to other work commitments.

Following her appointment as chair of Pool Re and the recent extension of her responsibilities as a non-executive director of Provident Financial Group, Knight has notified the board that she will not stand for re-election at this year’s annual general meeting, and will step down from the board on 26 April.
