Taylor Wimpey sets aside £125m for recladding as dividend is reinstated

Taylor Wimpey has set aside £125m to cover fire safety repairs to apartment blocks in the wake of the Grenfell Tower inquiry.

In its full year figure to the end of December the FTSE 100 housebuilder announced the reinstatement of dividend payments after suspension due to the Covid-19 lockdown in March.
