Town Centre Securities has signalled a strong recovery from Covid-19 restrictions with a rise in net tangible assets (NTA) and a return to profit during the six months to the end of December.
NTA for the half-year came in at £160.7m, or 305p a share, compared to £151m and 284p a share a year earlier.
