Net asset value (NAV) at Town Centre Securities (TCS) fell 2.3% in the first six month of its financial year as the group deepened losses off the back of a sharp fall in revenue due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
NAV fell to £152m during the six months to the end of December, compared to £155.5m a year earlier, while the group turned in a pre-tax loss of £3.5m, from a loss of £200,000.
