Tesco joins with Weston to develop 1,400 homes in northeast London

Tesco and Weston Homes are set to develop 1400 homes in Goodmayes

Tesco has joined forces with Weston Home to develop a mixed-use scheme on the site of one of the supermarket’s store in northeast London, which will include 1,400 homes.

The housing developer and supermarket giant are expected to submit a planning application for the 10.4-acre site in Goodmayes this Spring. The partners will seek permission for the redevelopment of the site into a mixed-use development to include a new Tesco store, a primary school and the new homes.
