Thomson to step down as CEO of Gleeson

James Thomson is to step down as chief executive of housebuilder MJ Gleeson at the end of this year after implementing a restructuring of the business since 2019.

Graham Prothero, currently chief operating officer (COO), will become chief executive on 1 January 2023, while Thomson will become a non-executive director.
