Jonathan Henley and Nicola Godfrey will join the current team, and will be responsible for the proactive management of Town Centre Securities’ Merrion Centre, which is benefiting from new retail, office and car parking projects and the success of the Arena Quarter.

Henley has eight years’ previous experience and joins from Lambert Smith Hampton. There he ran large projects for East Coast Rail stations, and advised on the redevelopment of both Wakefield Westgate Station and Newcastle Central Station, focusing on maximising rental return and customer satisfaction from the retail provision.

Godfrey has five years’ experience in the industry, and joins from GVA Hotels and Leisure. She has worked with both private and public sector clients on a range of agency and valuation projects in the leisure, retail and industrial sectors.

Edward Ziff, chairman and chief executive of the group, said: “These appointments reflect our strategy of growing a strong team of specialists to deliver our exciting projects not only at the Merrion Centre but elsewhere in our portfolio, particularly around transport interchanges.

“We will continue to recruit talented staff who can help grow the business. These appointments together with our new non-executive directors reflect our ambitions and that we are entering the next stage of the company’s development.”
