Trammell Crow Company makes UK debut

Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a subsidiary of CBRE headed by European industrial and logistics stalwart Ian Worboys, has bought its first UK site.

TCC has acquired a former Arcadia distribution centre on a 19.4-acre plot of land at Merton Drive, Milton Keynes, on which it intends to develop three Grade A speculative logistics buildings of 212,309 sq ft, 70,816 sq ft and 51,420 sq ft, built to a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification.
