UBS Asset Management launches long income UK fund

UBS Asset Management’s Real Estate & Private Markets (REPM) business has launched a new UK-focused long income fund, with an initial commitment of £90m.

The funds have been used to acquire a seed portfolio for the UBS Long Income UK Property Fund of five UK hotel assets comprising more than 650 rooms, let to the Compass Group on 15-year lease terms.
