UK bridging sector set for post-Covid rebound

The UK bridging loan sector is set to bounce back from the pandemic, according to a new survey of lenders.

A poll of brokers by Glenhawk has revealed a high confidence in UK bridging activity for 2022, with 84% of respondents saying that they expect to write more bridging business this year than in 2021.
