UK Commercial REIT (UKCM) suffered a 3.7% fall in Net Asset Value (NAV) last year while net profit plummeted from more than £53m in 2018 to £1.6m in 2019.
For the year to the 31 December, NAV per share dropped from 93.3p to 89.8p, while EPRA earnings per share rose from 3.03p to 3.5p.
