Unite maintains portfolio valuations as student rents rise

The value of Unite Students’ portfolio remained stable during the three months to the end of March, the group has told investors.

In a trading update to investors, the student accommodation giant said its Unite UK Student Accommodation Fund was unchanged at £2.9bn, while its London Student Accommodation Joint Venture nudged down just 0.1% to £1.9bn.
