Unite sells £100m assets to USAF

Student accommodation giant Unite has sold two assets for £100m to its joint venture group, the Unite UK Student Accommodation Fund (USAF).

The assets are located in Birmingham and Newcastle and comprise a total of 1,155 beds, and the deal represents a net initial yield of 5.5%.
