Urban Logistics continues acquisition spree

Urban Logistic has paid £29m for three assets of three assets around the UK.

The assets include a 137,962 sq ft facility in Driffield let to modular building manufacturer Premier Modular until 2032, a 239,867 sq ft warehouse at Spennymoor let to Stanley Black & Decker, and a 121,078 sq ft vacant warehouse unit on the Walworth Industrial Estate near Andover.
