Urban Logistics has acquired five logistics assets for £33.1m across England, capitalising on the surge in online orders during the Covid-19 pandemic.
In Braintree, Essex, the group acquired a distribution warehouse for £11.2m at a 5.25% net initial yield (NIY). The units are let to Delamode Group, part of Xpediator, who are a freight and logistics provider.
