Shopping centre giant Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) has completed a restructuring of its board and launched a ‘transformation’ of the group to bolster its defence against the impact of Covid-19.
The group, which has a 122-strong portfolio of shopping destinations and airport retail centres around the world, has revealed an extension of its management board from today, which in addition to chief executive and chairman Jean-Marie Tritant, and chief financial officer Fabrice Mouchel, will incorporate two new members.
