US and Canadian investors most widespread across UK

North American investors account for the most widespread commercial property buyers across the UK.

Analysis of commercial property transactions over £3m during the first six months of 2018 shows US and Canadian buyers acquired diversified properties in all corners of the UK, rather than just in the capital.
