The value of the Howard de Walden Estate portfolio rose by 4.5% to £4.4bn in the year to March 31, compared with £4.2bn last year.
Over the same period, the Estate saw rental income rise 8.2% to £127.5m and revenue profits before tax reached £75.4m, up 11.4% from £67.7m at the same point last year.
