Housebuilder Vistry has confirmed it expects to deliver full-year profit at the top end of its forecasts, adding home completions in December are at normal levels.

The group, which was formed from the merger of Bovis Homes and Galliford Try’s Linden Homes at the beginning of this year, is predicting pre-tax profit will come in at the upper end of its £130m to £140m range.
