Warehouse REIT and Shaftesbury rise on results announcements

Warehouse REIT rose 0.99% on the FTSE 250 on Tuesday to 102p after the REIT released its maiden results, reporting a net asset value per share of 102.1p alongside a net initial yield of 6.2%.

Pre-tax profit for the industrial REIT hit £8.4m, while earning per share came in at 1.9p.
