Warehouse REIT, the AIM-listed specialist warehouse investor, has revealed its maiden results since floating last September.

The results, which cover the period since the float to 31 March, showed a net asset value per share of 102.1p, alongside a net initial yield of 6.2%. Pre-tax profit hit £8.4m, while earning per share came in at 1.9p.
