Urban and last-mile logistics specialist Warehouse REIT has told investors that the group’s confidence “remains strong” despite the “challenging macroeconomic backdrop”.
In a trading update ahead of revealing estimated rental values (ERV), the group said it had completed transactions that will generate £1.5m of annual contracted rent, 3.5% ahead of 31 March 2022 ERVs.
