Warehouse REIT has agreed a £43.6m deal with Greenstone Property Holdings to buy a portfolio of five single-let and multi-let warehouses across the UK.
The deal for 570,000 sq ft of space reflects a net initial yield of 6.7% and provides an average unexpired lease term of 5.5 years.
