Watkin Jones forecasts robust full-year figures

Watkin Jones, the student accommodation and build-to-rent (BTR) group, has posted a trading update ahead of its annual results in mid-January.

The group said trading remained strong through the final quarter of the year and that the board expected to report revenues and earnings for the year in line with its expectations.
