Watkin Jones has posted a leap in revenue and profit in its annual results with its new chief executive predicting further gains in the years ahead.
The group, which focuses on the student accommodation and build to rent projects, said revenue jumped 20.3% to £363.1m for the year to 30 September, while pre-tax profit was up 25.6% to £54.3m.
