Watson becomes Europa partner to lead €500m long income strategy

Europa Capital has appointed former LaSalle IM chief investment officer Andy Watson as a new partner to lead on its €500m long-term income investment initiative in pan-European real estate.

The initiative is seeded with capital from Mitsubishi Estate and along with capital from other institutional investors, has an investment target of €500m. An investment programme commenced in 2017 with the acquisition of a multi-let office in Germany and further acquisitions are currently in due diligence.
