WeWork's first bond offering raises $702m

WeWork, Moorgate

WeWork has sold $702m (£503.6m) of bonds in its first offering; the final sale was a 40% increase on the initial proposal after securing strong investor interest.

The shared office space company has sold seven year unsecured notes at a 7.87% yield having planned to sell $500m of notes a yield of between 7.75-8%.
