Workspace Group has paid £76.5m for Centro 1 and 2, completing its acquisition of all seven Centro buildings in Camden, London.
The property consists of two freehold buildings totalling 85,000 sq ft of warehouse-style offices, with a large communal roof terrace, reception area and a gym on the lower ground floor. It is let to five customers, at a passing rent of £53.70 / sq ft, with an average unexpired lease term of 8.7 years.
