Workspace provides positive trading update

Workspace Group has told shareholders demand continues to be “resilient” despite the uncertain economic climate.

In a trading update for the flexible office groups second quarter to the end of September, the company said it had seen a further improvement in pricing with like-for-like rent standing at £38.59 a sq ft, up 1.3% in the quarter and 4%.
