Wynnstay shares hit by high street woes

Wynnstay Properties’ shares ended the day 3.48% down on Friday at 555p after announcing its full year results, which were hit by Carpetright’s company voluntary arrangement in April.

The retailer occupies one of Wynnstay’s properties in Lewes and gave notice that it would be paying reduced rent before surrendering its lease in September this year.
