Property Week Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Each new entry to the Property Week Look-alike competition prize draw during the period of 26^th November 2013 until 29^th November 2013 will be automatically entered into a prize draw for the chance to win two tickets to the London Eye. (the “Prize Draw”).

These Terms and Conditions (as amended from time to time) (the “Terms”) together with our privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) apply to the Prize Draw and govern the relationship between Metropolis International Group Limited of 140 Wales Farm Road, London W5 6UG (“METROPOLIS” “We” or “Us”) and you. METROPOLIS is the promoter of this Prize Draw.

Sending us your lookalike photo and details during the Open Period will constitute acceptance of these Terms unless you ask to opt out of entry to the Prize Draw at the time of sending us your details.

It is important that you read and understand both the Terms and the Privacy Policy (see link below). Opening and Closing Dates

1. The Prize Draw will run from 12.01am (GMT) on 26^th November 2013 (the “Opening Date”) and shall close at 11.59pm (GMT) on 29^th November (the “Closing Date”). The period from the Opening Date to the Closing Date shall be referred to as the “Open Period”.

2. No entries will be valid after the Closing Date.

Who Can Enter

3. The Prize Draw is open to residents of the England, Wales and Scotland who enter the Prize Draw during the Open Period.
4. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
5. The Prize Draw is not open to any employee or staff member (and their families) of the METROPOLIS group of companies, any agents or related third parties who are directly connected with the administration of the Prize Draw.
6. Only natural persons will be entered into the Prize Draw (i.e. entries will not be accepted from companies or businesses).
7. Only one entry will be permitted per entrant.
8. Entries to the Prize Draw will be made automatically upon sending us your details and photo to Ludgate@propertyweek.com unless you notify us that you wish to opt out.

The Prizes and Claiming Prizes

9. The Prize Draw will have one winner who will win two tickets to the London Eye.
10. The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries as at the Closing date.
11. The winners will be notified by email within 14 days of  the Closing date and shall be required to provide a delivery address within the England, Wales or Scotland.
12. METROPOLIS will pay for the prizes to be sent to the winner’s nominated delivery addresses by Royal Mail Special Delivery within 28 days of receipt of the winner’s nominated delivery address.
13. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged and there is no cash alternative to the prize.
14. METROPOLIS reserves the absolute right to substitute any prize for another prize of equal or greater value should the need arise.
15. METROPOLIS accepts no responsibility for any prize being lost, damaged or delayed in the post.
16. If any prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, after 14 days METROPOLIS reserves the right to conduct another draw to determine a new winner without any liability to the original winner for doing so.

General Terms

17. To the maximum extent permitted by law, under no circumstances shall METROPOLIS or any of its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential losses, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise, or any other losses or damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages to any electronic device, loss of use of device, loss of data, business or profits in each case arising out of any entrants’ participation in the Prize Draw, whether directly or indirectly.
18. Notwithstanding any provision of these Terms, nothing in these Terms shall exclude or restrict either party’s liability for fraud or death or personal injury resulting from its own negligence or any other liability which may not by law be excluded or restricted.
19. METROPOLIS may cancel the Prize Draw or amend or waive any provision of these Terms at any time if it becomes necessary to do so. Any variation will become effective at the time we post the revised Terms on our website.
20. The winners agree to take part in any post-promotion publicity in connection with the Prize Draw which METROPOLIS may reasonably request.
21. We are committed to maintaining the security of your personal information in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998 and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is kept secure against unauthorised access, loss, disclosure or destruction.
22. The METROPOLIS Privacy Policy – will apply whenever you provide us with personal information and is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
23. If you wish to opt out of the Prize Draw after winning please contact us on Ludgate@propertyweek.com.
24. Except as required by law, or in accordance with these Terms and the METROPOLIS Privacy Policy, your personal information will not be passed to any other person without your permission.
25. METROPOLIS’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Confirmation of the winners of the Prizes can be obtained by contacting us at Ludgate@propertyweek.com.
26. These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
