Aviva Investors has exchanged contracts with Gazeley to buy John Lewis’s 669,000 sq ft e-commerce distribution centre at Magna Park in Milton Keynes for £74.2m and a yield of just 4.9%, in a deal that sets a new benchmark for prime industrial deals.
