M&G snaps up £94m portfolio from Mountpark

Mountpark Logistics EU has sold a portfolio of assets to M&G Real Estate for £94m.

The portfolio comprises five prime distribution buildings totalling 666,484 sq ft that are fully let with an unexpired lease term of 15.25 years.
