Tritax Big Box buys Amazon fulfilment centre for £147.3m

Tritax Big Box REIT has completed the forward-funding acquisition of an Amazon fulfilment centre in the North East for £147.3m.

The company has bought the 2m sq ft building at Integra 61, near Durham, at a yield of 5.25%.
