My hope is for the outlook to improve for retailers and restaurants and for those who invest and work in them.
Tech-focused cities will continue to grow and thrive. Regional cities may be more immune than London to the continuing Brexit drama.
I also think demand for industrial and warehouse space is likely to increase, as will interest in newer alternative sectors such as BTR, student accommodation and retirement living.
The workplace and leisure (r)evolution will continue as employers listen to their employees and landlords to their customers.
Resolution: I will continue the revolution that is building our firm’s capability and resource, while remaining alive to the challenge to provide a diverse, agile and flexible workforce that works for our people as well as for our clients.
