Rather than planning for impending doom, my hope is that we focus our capital and approach on improving productivity, harnessing technology and driving growth.
We expect to see challenger organisations with robust, customer-focused product propositions to continue to gain market share against larger, less agile organisations.
If the UK market continues to experience turbulence, a growing number of British companies may set up continental European branches and operations to ensure access to this market and drive growth.
Resolution: To make the most of the significant BTR opportunities we’re seeing in the UK and purpose-built student accommodation across Europe. My personal resolution is to stay ruthlessly customer focused and to ensure that we carry on meeting and exceeding our customers’ expectations.
