The shift to a more tenant-focused and service-orientated office leasing environment is well and truly under way as the types and sizes of businesses using serviced offices continues to grow.
The rapid expansion of the flexible working sector is bound to continue.
Resolution: With wellbeing more at the forefront of the workplace agenda, we are striving to deliver working environments that contribute to customers’ health and success. With that in mind, I am going to practise what I preach and am determined to achieve my own work/life balance.
