The logistics sector is going to see even more ecommerce, more entrants to the occupational market, from Asia especially, and more new tech to satisfy an increasingly demanding consumer base.
The UK’s north/south divide is likely to be shaken up by new post-Brexit customs and trading arrangements and people are going to look more seriously at rail freight, more so in the context of an ageing road haulage industry.
In Europe, speculative development is likely to increase in major urban areas.
Resolution: To travel further. Many of the world’s most interesting new ideas and viewpoints come from far beyond western Europe. Distance offers new perspectives and creativity, and new thinking enriches everything.
