I hope 2019 sees a move from infancy and experimentation to a more mature proptech market. I expect to see more collaboration, partnerships and M&A activity.
Until now, the natural instinct for many proptech businesses has been to adopt a proprietorial approach to their data and software. But customers don’t want different software platforms and systems that don’t speak to each other; they want single, integrated solutions.
Resolution: We have been delighted by the market’s response to Coyote since our launch a year ago, so our focus will be to maintain our growth, broaden our client base and expand further into Europe. From a personal point of view, I am looking forward to completing my training and becoming a fully qualified helicopter pilot.
