The prospects for most sectors are bound up with the manner of the UK’s departure from the EU and a disorderly exit will see significant fallout.
But ultimately, I expect common sense to prevail and a workable way forward to be found, if only because the alternative is in nobody’s interest. Assuming this does happen, UK real estate looks well placed to weather whatever comes its way.
Resolution: It can be easy to become distracted from the things you find most enjoyable or are best at, so my resolution is not to lose sight of these. It would also make me happy to see Wales lift the Rugby World Cup in Japan.
