Before we went into lockdown, I’d just finished reading Rebel Ideas by Matthew Syed. The key takeaway of this fascinating book is the importance of diversity and team-working and how we often achieve the best solutions when we collaborate and ‘recombine’ ideas as part of a diverse and dynamic team.
