Daniel Wheble tells Property Week what sets The Boutique Workplace Company apart from other flexible office operators.

These days, it is the other way around: occupiers often move out of choice rather than necessity. Some might change offices a couple of times a year, others even more.

This footloose and fancy-free attitude has been fuelled by the digital era and rapid growth of flexible workspace. The sector has become so competitive that some operators have already fallen by the wayside.

One flexible workspace provider that has just celebrated its 10th anniversary and intends to be around for a lot longer is The Boutique Workplace Company.

Property Week caught up with its chief executive Daniel Wheble shortly after the company signed for its largest workplace centre yet to find out the secret behind the company’s longevity and what it plans to do next.
