An office project in Krakow has received a €48m (£37.8m) investment from project development and construction group Skansa.
High Five will be Skanska’s largest office development in the Polish capital consisting of five office buildings with a total leasable area of around 753,000 sq ft.
Construction of the first phase is due to start in March 2016 and is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2017.
It will incorporate two office buildings offering a total leasable area of around 248,000 sq ft.
Each building will comprise of six storeys above ground and two below ground for parking lots.
