Cambridge offices: Science friction
There have been slight improvements and more requirements have been coming through. However, there has been an oversupply since March 2001, and we have another 18 months’ worth of supply in the pipeline. The city centre is more active than the out-of-town areas, although the biotech sector is performing strongly.
