Lancashire terraces take a knocking

Work began last week to bring 71 empty homes in Accrington, Lancashire, back into use after a £14m investment from the government-funded Empty Homes Cluster Fund and a joint venture between specialist developer PlaceFirst and Twin Valley Homes.
