Crest Nicholson COO flags up material delays in housebuilding sector

The HGV lorry driver shortage and rising raw material costs are delaying some material lead times by up to 26 weeks, meaning housebuilders have had to be particularly efficient with managing forward planning, according to Crest Nicholson chief operating officer Tom Nicholson.
