Industry mental health charity Mates in Mind has appointed a new managing director in James Rudoni.

Mates in Mind aims to raise awareness, address the stigma of poor mental health and improve positive mental wellbeing in the UK construction industry and was set up in 2016 by the Health in Construction Leadership Group and British Safety Council with support from charities Mind, Samaritans, Mental Health First Aid England and Inspire.
