Comer pays £4m for retrospective consent


Residential developer Comer Group has been forced to pay £4m in retrospective section 106 payments for its Princess Park Manor scheme to the London Borough of Barnet, despite its architect producing a paper trail that showed planning officers had all but agreed to let them build an additional 18 units
