In this age of austerity, Total Place still has a place, says Jo Stocks

Communities secretary Eric Pickles said he backed the idea of public bodies sharing property in local areas when he addressed the Local Government Association in Bournemouth earlier this month. Now the government must follow through on this “Total Place” concept.
